~ about me ~

I’m Emilia. Fixed On Forgotten Time began as a concept and blog (Fixated On Forgotten Times) during the summer of 2016. It became what it is today in a Virginia dorm room as an Etsy in October of 2018 and now has its own site, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. This all began in 2016, when I decided to create a blog to chronicle my travels to historic sites and cities around North America. I learned how to make jewelry years ago while I was a Girl Scout. I’ve enjoyed learning new techniques and expanding my jewelry making knowledge. I currently sell my jewelry online and occasionally at craft fairs. I graduated in May of 2021, a Historic Preservation major, which can often be seen in the antique and vintage styles that are apparent in some of my pieces. While making jewelry is one of my favorite hobbies, I also enjoy antique shopping, record collecting, and cooking. All of these interests culminate into Fixed On Forgotten Time, part shop, part hobby, part creative outlet.
